The house includes a kitchen with living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance and a sleeping loft. The living room opens directly onto the terrace through glass doors. The loft is reached by a staircase with built-in storage and holds a double bed, a desk and seating. The kitchen is L-shaped and has a sink, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a choice of propane or induction cooktop; a dishwasher is optional. The bathroom has a shower, a vanity sink and a washer/dryer, with a choice of flushing, incinerating or composting toilet.
