# Nealy, operator of Park Direct, raises ¥6 billion in Series C led by Insight Partners

**Japanese company Nealy, which runs the monthly parking contract service Park Direct, raised ¥6 billion via new shares and a secondary sale, and launched three new services.**

Nealy, operator of the online monthly parking contract service Park Direct, announced on the 5th a Series C round totaling ¥6 billion, The Bridge reports [1]. The round combines a third-party share allotment with a secondary sale of shares by existing shareholders [1].

Insight Partners led the round. Yucho Asset Management, the Series B lead, invested again through a fund run by its subsidiary. Major shareholder Keyrock Capital Management and other existing holders sold part of their stakes, and Keyrock remains the largest external shareholder [1]. The proceeds go to expanding the current business, building new services as a "Mobility OS" and entering adjacent areas such as property management [1].

Park Direct covers parking recruitment, contracting, monthly fee collection with rent guarantee, and customer management online. The company also runs One Day Park, which lets users book vacant spaces in monthly lots by the day. According to the company, One Day Park has spread to 47 prefectures within a year of launch, and ARR of the whole business grew more than 40-fold over the last four years [1].

With the round, three services launch. "Sukima Kashi" lets monthly contract holders lend their unused times via One Day Park; revenue is paid out minus a fee [1]. "PD Trunk Room" handles recruitment, online contracts, payment and inquiries for trunk rooms and containers. "Park Direct for Bicycle" moves bicycle-parking contracts at apartment buildings online and manages them alongside car parking [1].
